Sage West Development Inc., founded in 2006, continues a legacy of custom home building that began in Western New York in 1989. Renee Farkas, president, has over 28 years experience building all types of homes including:

Ms. Farkas designs and builds each home as if she would live in it herself. In order to achieve superior quality, she does not hire supervisors. She oversees daily job operations, working with each craftsman and customer individually. Attention to detail, quality and service are rooted into each home Sage West Development creates.

Sage West has select lots in town with mountain views, commercial land in high traffic location and will build to suit. Construction financing is available.
